5. Community Education Centre

Having been complimentary up to now, it is time to look at the less good point.

The Community Education Centre seems a good idea. But all the children approaching it have to walk through a car park. Could it not have been made less intrusive? It will be interesting to see over time how BA develops, whether the space for cars increases and the battle is lost; whether community access shrinks?

From the Waterside walk there is an entrance to the Park.
